Distancy is a tightly made with passion, tough as nails, Game Boy Color-inspired 2D platformer with various other inspirations! Originally, the game started out small but blossomed into a full team for its creation. Feel the world come to life before your very eyes!

What is this Demo of Distancy?

The Dreamy Demo version of Distancy is completely original and demo-exclusive in its content, made for SAGE 2024! The dream contains silly stories, each one different between the four playable characters! It also has a wacky original version of the tutorial to teach you the ropes and a completely new full place in Trashart Castle with a... Dr. Robotnik boss fight!? It also has tons of new game plus content!

Meet the playables!

Cubby - He/Him

Cubby is the primary protagonist of Distancy as a whole. He can be naive at times and doesn't know exactly what he's gotten himself into in most situations! Cubby, rightfully so, is perplexed by the sharty situation at hand. However, he puts himself in this position... Oops!

Caity - She/Her

Caity is the first of the two deuteragonists that are present in Distancy! She is actually very much like Cubby in many aspects as many would tend to think. Caity is a lot more aware of her situations while still being rather curious however, and almost always has good intentions. Especially when it comes to the reasons why she's involved in our rather putrid, stench-filled storyline!

Leafard - They/Them

Leafard is the second of the deuteragonists that are present in Distancy. They are the silliest creature known to mankind with a not-so-PG13 dialect and the best friend of our main protagonist Cubby! Leafard gets roped into our nose-wrinkling, musty, wretched story to make sure Cubby and Caity don't get obliterated by anyone (Or anything) in the unsafe environment that is Trashart Castle!
